Bought the glass bottles of shweppes.

Weird throwback memores to camping with the grandparents, litte glass bottles of mixers were always in the fridge.

it's throwing my ratio off. Put the tangueray in the freezer and went out for a bit, 3 drinks in and walking up to the house from the fore could get interesting

LOL! Did the same today. Bought some Tanqueray and Schweppes. Gin in freezer, tonic in fridge.

Yesterday when I picked up gin at the grocery store all they had in a fifth of Tanqueray was the Rangpur. I'd never heard of it (been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNGGGGGGGG time since I've bought hard liquor) and I was in a hurry so I grabbed it hoping it was close to the original. Stuffed it in the freezer when I got home and went online to read about it. I wasn't extremely excited about the review I read as I'm a juniper lover but it was mine now so I was going to at least give it a try.

Results: Yummy! Not your traditional Tangqueray, much more citrus but just as refreshing and tasty. I give it a 96, it has a good beat and you can dance to it.

Kirkland Gin (18 bucks a handle) and Q right now. A bit bitter, but growing on me.

I ran out of tonic (the Fentimans is a little heavy for me) and tried to use an Izze watermelon raspberry.

I assume that shortly I will be disbarred from TGR. I understand.

Really? It's usually 32 bucks for a handle at my Costco, unless it's on sale for 27. That isn't really high falutin top shelf stuff, but mid range.

And I wouldn't drink beefeater if you paid me. Ugh. Hangover city.
