    Why only Stanford?

    Amstutz has the most BHR's in CA.

    He was much more positive about returning to skiing and squash than many others and my friend's success is bearing this out. I'm sure there are a ton of well qualified orthopedic surgeons, and was kind of joking about the Harvard thing. Good luck mang

    There are some folks in your part of the world with sufficient numbers that might merit a look. Gross will have done 5,000 by the end of this year. No one else is close.

    I'm 9 weeks out of bilateral resurfacing. Walking 3 miles a day, elliptical, etc.
