Leafs were badly outplaying the B's for the 1st half of the 2nd but the B's rallied strongly. Good win.

fixed it. B's couldnt do anything right in the 1st and 2nd. Not hitting, not skating well, sloppy passing (no tape to tape passes) losing 50/50 pucks, not winning faceoffs... very very happy we got the W

The Leafs did what they do best
Disappoint and play like a bunch of chumps. I have said it before and I'll say it again. We need a Canadian to be our captain that grew up wanting to be a TML. Where the fuck was Auston Matthews ? He is not ready for the job.
Last time we saw any glimmer of tenacity was when Mats Sundin was hurt and Gary Roberts took charge with 2 messed up shoulders. It was that long ago.

as much as I want to say "buh bye leafs" (and you have no idea how much I want that) this series is NOT OVER
Like Jack Edwards said last night, hockey playoff series have two parts. The first team to get to 3 wins and then the first team to get to 4.
In 2010 the Bruins blew a 3-0 series lead to get bounced by the Flyers.
and lets not forget 2013 when the stupid Leafs came back from a 3-1 series deficit to lead the B's by 3 goals in the 3rd period of game 7. If it werent for the most epic collapse/choke in the history of the NHL, they would have won that series they trailed 3-1 in.

Although I am rooting for both Philly and Colorado, and both of those were great games last night, I'm not liking this trend of 1-3 teams extending to game 6

Pens still need to get past Philly. And while I thought it would be easy apparently flyers decided to play again. Helluva first period right now.
I'm also a little surprised the avs showed up despite goaltending issues.
