The way the Caps are playing, I'm pretty glad the Bruins lost to Tampa since my kid is a Caps fan. I only just heard the end of the last time the B's and Caps met in the playoffs like 2 weeks ago.

That was unbelievable. The Caps seem to have developed the killer instinct they always seemed to lack. They let off the gas a bit in Game 1, and let Tampa work their way back into a competitive game. Last night, they didn't make that mistake.

I told some friends of mine, I think that if the Caps take game 3, there's a good chance they sweep. I can't wait to see what we get on Tuesday night.

I think so too. Could see them riding the wave they caught in Pittsburgh to run over a very good Tampa Bay team, and then coming out flat in the Cup finals against whoever survives the WCF (in what’s looking to be a very competetive series)

These playoffs have 3 great story lines if any of the 3 win.
1. the Jets for Canada and the good people of Manitoba. We need this.
2. the Caps because OV deserves to hoist the cup. Big time.
3. the Golden Knights because of Holy Shit. Yes holy shit bcause if they win it they'll do something hockey snobs like me thought could never happen. History in the making and it's from Vegas. Weird but what are the odds of that happening?

If the Bolts win, for me it a Stamkos thing not a Florida thing.
