A flat for Barguil and if he doesn't get on the back of the peloton he could get rally caught out.
This leads me to question how many mechanicals Froome has had this year? He had to swap a bike again today just before they hit Paris.

Are you suggesting he is switching bikes intentionally?

No, but why does he have 5-6 mechanicals this tour while almost all of the other GC leaders didn't have a single incident?

    I honestly hadn't noticed...
But, maybe we're just seeing his more often due to being the center of attention as the yellow jersey

He's heavier than most? Probably puts more unusual stresses on mechanics given limb length/high cadence Mantis style?

Which is 15 lbs heavier than almost all the other GCs.

Groenewegen takes the final stage. NBC didn't even bother to point him out the entire day. Dude's been sprinting at a higher speed than Kittel in the second week, yet he's gonna get beat by Kristoff? GTFO Phil and Paul.

    Yes, good tour
We saw some combativity and some off-script riding

Still pissed Sagan got tossed for dumb riding by Cav

Off the podium again this year...
Skipped watching today, went for the alpine start to go upcountry, to kill hobblebush on the uptrack.

Interesting tour. Congratulations to Dirty Chamois for mopping up...bigly.

Went for ride @ 0630 before it got hot, missed the morning edition. Turned on evening show, and it's fucking NASCAR! So I miss the finale.

And yeah, Sagan's DQ was bullshit. No way Matthews would be in contention for Green with Sagan in the game.

Chapeau to Romain Bardet. If he hadn't gutted out the "sprint" with Froome on the mountaintop and had the ITT of his life, he wouldn't be on the podium.

Another Chapeau to Warren Barguill. Some inspired climbing.

Don't know if any of you saw Bauke Mllema's kid watching his stage win. It's here

    And Chapeau to Dirty Chamois.

Been out of pocket for awhile...congrats to Dirty Chamois but I think I deserve an honorable mention for finishing 54237th out of 54711...that wasn't easy to do.

PM will be sent for payment info as this one doesn't do PP anymore.

    Thanks all for playing!
