Is Peter Sagan on his way to becoming the best Classics (or should I say single day) racer there will ever be?
Three World Championships in a row, that is a new record for UCI Road Cycling.

Can someone help me with my Giro fantasy picks?
I haven't been following the news and dont know who's who for this year.
I need a good finish in this pool I'm in.

Giro is always tough as best-known riders skip it in favor of TDF
Chris Froome would be my choice for GC - it’s the only one of the triple crown he’s yet to win.
Beyond that, compare rider cost to UCI points http://www.uci.ch/road/ranking/
    Good luck

I was reluctant to pick Froome because I was afraid he’d be sanctioned by the UCI. But today’s news say that his Giro results will not be affected if he gets sanctioned.
Plus he’s expensive so I put my eggs in Tom D’s basket, but picked some Sky support riders to get assistant points if Froome wins stages.

I'd go Froome too because I think he's gonna get cock blocked by the Prudhomme at the TdF and he may already know this which is why he's riding the Giro in the first place. I'm not convinced that cycling Royalty want him to to be in the TdF five club. Plus, who risks the Giro-TdF double when TdF #5 is on the line? That's cray.

No doubt he's getting his appearances in before UCI makes a decision. Which is all the more reason he will win, doper or not...

And .... Froome. That ride on stage 19 was "epic" to say the least.

Kinda opens up the Tour for some new meat.

    Ridiculous
one rider heard about it at the finish & immediately cited Landis as a reference, not as a slam but just trying to understand the gap

But still, the Floyd reference was probably dead on
