So I just heard that the road to Jack Lake is open. The Canyon Creek Meadows trail has about a mile of bare trail and then you hit solid snow. Three Finger Jack is calling!

There is still some snow on the access to the Big Lake Youth Camp road. So access to Mt Washington is still a bit short of open. But soon.....

Anybody been up to see if the road to the base of the eastern trail to Maiden Peak (from Davis Lake) is open yet? I saw that there is still snow coverage on Maiden's eastern flanks when I drove by on Saturday.

Cascade Lakes Highway open beyond Bachelor yet?

Just drove up to the Big Lake Youth Camp yesterday and the road is open to the PCT. However, Mt Washington is starting to show some bony patches melting through the pack. It is open, but not for long.
