That's the side down to the mud room. Letting the cats roam in and out while I have a late lunch.

This house is kinda weird but one of the things I think is cool about it is there is a door on each side of the house, north, south, east and west. I suppose a lot of houses are like that but this is the first I've lived in with four exterior doors.

Fear not, that structurally sound section will be torn down shortly thanks to the construction of that brand new architectural masterpiece of a fence the neighbors just had built to keep us from peering into their pool.

    Neither of you are wrong.

Luckily the neighborhood pool is all of a block away where we can go full-looney with their encouraged "bring-yer-own-bar" policy.

You need to fit a Cabana bar to a kid's wagon. Bring it along.

It was nautical week for shoes, pictures, weather, talking and outboards. There may have even been a kraken.

Now now... it's all a matter of perspective. I think it came out all right in the end. We made it to Friday and we're that much closer to opening day on our respective hills.
