FS: 2014 Down Countdown 102's (179cm)
2014 Down Countdown 102's (179cm).
$206 PayPal'd (or $200 via PayPal gift) including shipping to CONUS ($175 for local Front Range/Summit pickup).
$$$ Sold $$$ Thanks for looking folks !!!
This is for the skis only. The mounted Vipecs are only shown as an example.
- Mounted for Vipecs (BSL = 297) with boot center at the -10 mark.
- Note: original mount was plugged with aluminum screws (sealed with G-Flex marine epoxy). See picture, below.
Weight is 7.8 Lbs. (10.0 with the Vipecs mounted).
Purchased from auvgeek who had about 10 days on them (I have three half days on them). Bases & edges are in excellent shape.
I finally got out on these again and concluded that they're a a bit redundant in my quiver. After dialing in the tune, they feel like a mid-Winter ski and the slot I had allocated for them was for a Spring ski.
Photos below are annotated.
Thanks for looking (scroll down for photos),
Thom
Down CD-102 - Vipecs not included:
Down CD-102 - full view:
Mounting hole close-up (Vipecs for BSL = 297, mounted with center at -10 line).
Note: holes are plugged with aluminum screws (ground flush) using G-Flex Marine Epoxy to seal them.
Note: my holes are "dead-center". The plugged/previous mount was slightly off.
Only two minor dings ...

Tentatively sold to NickM22, but just in case (and to document this thread), I added two photos of the extremely minimal base/edge nicks.
