    So a "heads up!" display would be for warning you of approaching objects you may not have seen? Where a head up display allows you to see information without lowering your head?

    For scale, the almost submerged rebar grids in the left foreground (propped up against the forms) at 18 inches square and are sitting on top of a 16 inch thick footing.

    That site was dry enough to allow them to pour the aforementioned footings on Monday of this week.

    The mud will push whatever is in the forms, then they can wait until after the underfloor framing is done and sheeted to deal with the water. That way the pumps in the crawl space have a chance to get ahead of the rainfall.

    It's been so wet here that we've had that idea floated multiple times by builders in town recently.

    Or you could pump it onto an adjacent property like these assclowns:
