    This seems as good a place as any.
    I’m watching in real time someone with terrible sleep apnea. She does not sleep. She passes out. Loud snore almost immediately then stops breathing over and over for hours. Never really sleeps. There’s morec to it. But god dam.
    What kind of help is there for this.

    Needs to see a doctor and get CPAP. But since they haven't, there's obviously a reason.

    They make mouth guards that may or not help with the snore/apnea thing. Similar to sports guards that ate moldable.
