And just like that, in a hotel room somewhere in Albuquerque (Albukracky!), meeting a friend / former colleague he hadn't seen vis-a-vis in fifteen years, Viva was inoculated against 2019-nCoV. Click image for larger version.

Back yard on a conference call.
Yes I maintain and mow myself. Only guy in the neighborhood. I like to keep my expenses low. Taking tee times for parties of one, weekends only.

Just 1 . But I have common area of hoa on my side and back. So I only have one neighbor. Across street is also a community pond area. So I maintain 1 acre but only a single neighbor

Nice! A big flat square with no obstacles makes for an easy mow. A few G&T's with headphones on and that's a happy place. Looks like you have a zero turn?

My dogs would love that yard and well, so would I, as I live on a 5,000 sq ft lot Hey, but I can walk to the beach and bay.

No I have 2. A 115lb goldendoodle and a 55 lb standard poodle. Their pee doesnt seem to burn out the lawn. The clay "soil" in nc is always nitrogen starved so if anything it greens it up.
I also don't pick up dog poop. I am of the just grind it up and spray out the deck mentality.

    I’m jealous.

My yard is fill covered with 2 inches of topsoil covered in sod.

My dog’s piss destroys it so I’m always patching with random seed so splotchy patterns.

    Piece of shit yard.
