this is a little pllaaaccce called Moab. Which blew my mind the first time I saw it coming from growing up in New England.
So I highly recommend visiting but it can be overrun in the most popular times. We caught a random early spring nice weekend and it was still quiet but this pic is from a very easy accessible camp spot at the Sand Flats campground but one of the best spots with a lot of personal space for husbands to roam whilst high

A memorable fun time on boomers was also a memorable time on a bike and it involved peddling as fast as I could and launching off the top of an embankment during a wicked snow storm. My buddy and I spent a few hours doing this. Anybody remember the multilevel gravel parking lot at Gutterson Field House? That was the place. It's gone now. There's a parking garage in its place. We got out of work one Friday afternoon in December when we were 19 and it started dumping. It was puking snow. So of course we ate shrooms because that's the only logical thing to do, being stuck in Burlington and bored. We wandered all over town on foot for a while climbing random buildings. Then we ended up at my apartment and saw the bikes. Some annoying people were bringing us down, so we made a fast getaway. The conditions were just right where one could wipe out and it wouldn't hurt. We probably walked and rode at least 10 miles. Easy. Maybe 15. All in the city limits. So who says bikes and fungi don't mix?

Yeah, the bike-ski thing sure does compliment one another. I've never seen that vid, thanks for posting. Sick!

That’s not a bad idea actually, I could pull those M48’s off and mount them with something fresh.

    Respectfully, those aren’t bump skis.

As Buttah points out, they’re kitted with Markers which eliminates them from functioning as a bump ski already.

Secondly, from that era I’d say the Atomic 533ce, Rossi 4sm, Solly Force9, and maybe a leftover Dynastar Vertical Assault would be a better weapon.

Slap some 977s on them and call it good.

Nice morning. Really starting to feel like spring. If it was anyone here who put the first tracks of the season all over Chair yesterday, nicely done.
