Looks suspiciously like Rittenhouse rye in the lower right corner next to the Beefeater.

Hey kids! Today you’ll meet your hideously deformed brother, we didn’t actually sell him to the circus, why he lives here, yes, not far. We keep him right here, for safety.

Seriously! There could be just about anything behind a gate like that, couldn't there? Especially when you're a ten or twelve year old...

At least they got a nice smooth flat place to start working with. Should be done in no time. How much is that operation costing? I always thought that place would be a great location to have a cablecar or gondola running up from the road to the base area. That access road must be a real fucking pain in the ass to keep clear.

Well a 5 to 6m rock cut and 5m+ rock fills aint too flat buddy. Without getting into much detail, it's taken a while...
It's about $275K. Hoping I can get it done for that. Highways maint contractor does the snow clearing (it's a public road). Can be challenging on a 60cm day, however I've a 4X with studs all round so no sweat, even if the roads not plowed. Yeah the gondi thing was floated 25 years ago and we don't have the skier visits to justify one of those bad boys. Besides, someone would probably just cut the cable anyway

edit, this was all trees 2.5 months ago
