By change I mean the odds and ends of paper money. "Change for $20, not change for a nickel" as my wife put it. We like to keep a few bux in each car for emergencies.

The last time I used actual legal tender was playing cards at my parents' house last month. They don't accept credit cards or Venmo yet.

Change for the old school parking meters in this town, and paper money for taco trucks.

Cash came in handy a few weeks ago when I went down to NH and MA for my son's AAU tournament. I don't have ez-pass. 93 has a toll just south of Concord in Hookset. Plus the beverage machines at the basketball venue had cash only drink machines. There were a few other weird things where cash was king like the spectator ticket for the tournament.

I leave my car unlocked all the time. I live somewhere where we don’t steal from each other.
How many times would you forget to lock your car if there where signs plastered all over your driveway reminding you to lock your car? There’s no doubt there are signs plastered all over that campground and at every camp site reminding people to secure their food when it’s not being used, especially at night.
Dude should move his post to the dumbfuck tourist thread.Hunting kicks ass.

I'll keep my job, my money and my guns and you can keep the change.

Teh kidz love to hate on the bird hunter but he's sure the hell not wrong. Might as well just run the cubs over with your Subaru at that point as now they're well on the way to associating humans with food. At least hitting them with the car will finish them off in one fell swoop.
Brandine: Now Cletus, if I catch you with pig lipstick on your collar one more time you ain't gonna be allowed to sleep in the barn no more!
Cletus: Duly noted.

I don’t often agree with him either, but in this case he’s 100% correct.

I was at a group dinner with 11 people last week.
Bill was $2k
Max card split allowed was 5 cards.
I threw $200 cash down and let the group argue and headed to the bar.

So there's a handful of you that are fucking perfect and have never forgotten anything important, ever, in your entire lives?

The “less than perfect people” do tend to stick together in times like these.
