^nice! Loved that stuff when I was a kid.

I slid sideways at speed in the alpine slide last year while racing my wife, for shame. You could really smell the burnt hair, skin and shoe rubber - it left some marks. Despite my best efforts she was ahead the whole time. Advantage to not being a load like me.

They kind of aligned for me a few years ago. We probably had about as good of snow as you can ever find on it and it still sucked. Fun tour though.

She's 10 now but two years ago she flipped one off the track and scraped up her knee pretty good. She threw the cart back on the track and kept going.

Yeah, it gets a little scoured up there.
Place is a stones throw from Wild Basin. It will be good to scope the place out in winter.
Lots of long approaches, but I'm sure there are some good turns to be had.

Hidden Valley has an easy approach but the rest involve long slogs. Lots of great touring back there and Indian Peaks Wilderness.

When you show up at the bike park at 6 am you get the place to yourself.
