    Frye Fest

Hey any of you trustifarians or dentists make it down to the Bahamas for this?
Sounds like all they had to eat were cheese samiches and lettuce.

I read a couple snarky articles on it.

However, how anyone could view getting trapped on fucking Exuma as a horrible thing is beyond me.

Even more confusing is how these people couldn't cope with the slightest adversity. You'd think they were demanding an airlift trying to get out of there. Here's an idea: fucking chill on the beach or get on a boat until you can find a flight for the whopping 300 miles back to Miami.

Drink some Kalik until you go blind, for fucks sake you've got money to burn apparently, figure it out.

Couple of my favorite jokes on the whole fiasco:

Rich guy on Twitter: your health/safety is not our responsibility

Rich guy at #FyreFestival: HELLO POLICE MY SANDWICH IS BAD SEND EVERYONE

    Also:

@deathoftheparty: guys there is nothing funny about the 24 year old heir to the Naked juice fortune being chased off a cliff by a hyena

You should have asked to be the executive chef DD. That's just missing some microwave meat.

if we're talking quality, Frye has been making overpriced footwear for quite some time.

In contrast, it's a beautiful time to shop alternative goodyear-welted MIUSA kicks.

Prolly because some of them paid upwards of $100,000 a ticket....or so the newsies say. Of course you'd have to be a stooge to pay that for a concert.

The fucking thing sounded like a wholesale fraud from the get-go.

Well, as the old saying goes... a fool and his money...

Don't know how to have a good time on Exuma.

Or don't know how to charter a boat.

The issue was that these geniuses didn't have any money with them. The organizers told them to load their money on wrist bands that would be scanned by vendors so they didn't need to bring cash.

And I can't believe for a second that they didn't have access to a phone, much less a smart phone, where they could access bank accounts, credit cards and wire services to get cash/flights/boat to ya know, hang out on an island and chill till shit gets sorted out. I'm guessing there wasn't a lot of people expected back in cubes the next day

    It's Exuma, not Kabul.

Just read it was co-produced by Ja Rule, Holla Holla, Dolla$ Dolla$!

Excellent timing for Seth Rogen - "This seems like a good time to mention the movie we are making with @thelonelyisland about a music festival that goes HORRIBLY WRONG."
