    Amer buys Armada

I didn't see another thread, but it appears Amer has purchased Armada skis. Thought that was interesting.

Do you consider 4.1 Million as good or bad? I haven't read the sheets, so I really can't comment.

Doesn't seem surprising, they own Atomic and Atomic makes most of Armada's skis I think.

When you do you will find debt.

I had a chance conversation with an Armada shareholder a few weeks ago & he told me they were in trouble so this announcement doesn't surprise.

Armada is in debt, more than 4.1 million in debt. They do however have one of the faster growing market shares right now, and up until now a loyal following. I'd expect to see some legacy expenses cut.
