I was at work and couldn't look it up, here's the answer to my above question:
"The Freetour is an aftermarket upgrade that adds touring capabilities to bindings that LOOK like the ones pictured and utilize a PIVOTing heel piece to provide a release value range of 8-18. Installing the kit requires swapping out the lower portion of the alpine toe pieces. This is a simple procedure detailed in the tutorial video as well as the mounting instructions. If you do not feel comfortable performing the conversion, we will gladly convert your bindings for you. Just mark the option at checkout and send them to our shop address."

This might have already been covered in here, but I haven't been able to find it. I just want to confirm the list of bindings that'll work with the (current generation) cast conversion. It looks like its:
Look P18
Rossi FKS 180
Rossi FKS 185
Rossi FKS 155
That seem right?

Yes, any of the Look (and Rossi) style pivot toes with the tower should be able to be converted. Can Lars if you have any doubts. I’ve seen a few pairs of FKS 155s converted for teenagers.

Px 15 race toes work but you need a pivot heel

Would the PX15 heel work with the OG rubber band break holder? I think the level of the new tow tower doesn’t change the overall height of the binding, so shouldn’t the heel not matter with the screwed in touring riser?

The PX toes will work the heels would not be compatible with our brake retainer which is designed for the pivot heel. Any pivot heel would work with those toes though, 12,14 or 18
You could use rubber bands to hold up the px brakes but you would probably need to remove them to fit the heel pad with climbing bails. I would recommend going with pivot heels if you can find some

Just placed the order.
Very expensive really. I just ordered new 2020 skis for less then the cast system and that doesn’t even include bindings.
Plus I need to use 18 din bindings which is ridiculous over kill.
But I want to charge the resort on powder days then go for quick side country hits in the afternoon. I don’t want to have change my skis and I don’t want to charge the resort on tech bindings. And I don’t want to use dukes etc.
so Cast it is.
Funny on their website their slogan is Enlightening, it is the most Enheavying setup. Haha
But I stoked to see how it works. Great idea in theory.

You found new 2020 skis for less than $355?
Anyways, looks like they've got some backorder issues so I won't be getting mine till November 1st it'd seem. Not like I'll be skiing before then.

Spoke with Lars this morning he said there has been a delay in some of their components being shipped to them they're hoping to have the parts expedited and think they will be shipping freetour binding whatever you call it middle of next week.
I'm hope this is the case as they also have my boots but we will just have to wait and see.

Check your email SVS, just got shipping notice about an hour ago
So stoked, this seems like such a huge upgrade from the OG version. And I didn't even have a beef with that other than continuously bending the toe plates.
