You have to consume that just on principle alone.

The B&B in that juice can giveaway doesn't look bad but not holding value if correct.

    RIP me I guess.
Decided to hold off on sampling it until the weekend. A few extra days aren't going to change anything.

One time I cooked and ate DTM’s chili recipe. It was so hot that I had to go for an endoscopy a few days later. Who knows, maybe I used the wrong ingredients. In any case I probably would not make it again. It was delicious, but it blew my doors off

Holy Way Back Machine. I like things spicy but nothing crazy. My guess would be that you overdid it on the chipotles somehow, or got unlucky with some extra hot ones. They're just smoked jalapeños and jalapeños are famous for their variable heat level. The salsa you used could have been involved as well.

Apparently this slid behind the shelves in the fridge somewhere around Easter judging by the expiration date.

It’s been sealed since, never opened, and it’s smoked salmon so it’s meant to keep, yeah?

I love smoked salmon so I’m thinking this goes on a bagel in the near future unless one of you tells me that it’s a bad idea. Or I get queasy after opening it.

Giant red arrow pointing out the obvious, cause apparently that’s how it’s done.

If you're scared, make a salmon chowder so it gets heated up.

Proper smoked salmon with good colour and smell? From this summer, in a sealed packet in the fridge? No hesitation here. Nest between some fresh bread and melted medium cheese, topped with a fried egg, sprinkled with some fresh chives and breaky is served. Mmmmm.

That’s a go on the smoked salmon there bro. I’m surprised you even had to ask on something so recent.
