There's my problem - I have never been on any of the skis you mention!

Here's how I got onto the 112 - vt pow day demo - unreal in our tight woods. That's where I ski most of the time - tight woods. And they hold an edge really well on hard stuff (which we also have plenty of)

^theres an argument that they are a great ec tree ski. Just far from a charger. My wife digs the Yvette 112rp2 in the woods.

They seem to be. I was talking with a DPS rep who grew up in Vermont and said it's basically his favorite ski for where he skis in Vermont. He said not the same for where he lives in Utah now.

Don't get hung up on TR as the ProTest has a 30m TR. the shape is what makes it so quick yet it's equally at home going Mach schnell and not turning at all or making hudge turns. It really has an infinite TR.
The ProTest is damn near a R/R with just enough side cut under foot with 1mm camber as well to allow it to hook up on soft groomers. It will carve, it just needs a little soft to do it, it will actually carve like a mofo when it's soft. You just don't initiate from the tips instead you stomp down under foot and ride that small section of side cut.

Maybe. Send me the details, and I’ll pass them on.
