Ha, I'm sure he's going to get quite the reception here in Northern California.

Word. That'd be one of the highlights of the event: watching him get savagely booed.

Last time a VP showed up in Sacramento--can't remember which one--it gridlocked half the town for hours. Hope he plans to helicopter in. Can you imagine what a motorcade would do to traffic?

Or, maybe Andy Wirth is getting coached up on how to build a wall to keep out Tahoe local dirtbags... while also making them pay for said wall.

Is he flying into Reno? Just want to avoid his motorcade if at all possible. Anyone ever ridden the shuttle from Tahoe City to Squaw? Thinking it will be slow, but low stress? I know its not the CA way, but might give it a go tomorrow.

That's interesting. 4, could you share your source on that? I'm interested in a good site for looking up such things.

Lots filled early, maybe 830-9ish, but traffic was flowing smooth. We'll see what tomorrow brings

How big are the lots by the Alpine access road? I don't remember those lots at all? Are they viable? For how long after the Squaw lots are full?

You're worried about spoilers and came into this thread? Seems like a dumb move.

Watching the race on Eurosport. God, the broadcast sucks !. Terrible camerawork and production. Too tight and shaky framing. Very difficult to appreciate the runs. Sad... MAGA, Aspen !
But really great venue. Varied, challenging, such a good race.

Probably doesn't show on TV but that is a seriously steep course.
