    Apolo Ohno Hershey Commercial sucks:
    1) Stole the changing into gold from Geiko (who probably stole it from someone else).
    2) His Olympic time has passed. Find a current Olympian that could use the money.

    $0.02

    Edit: Progressive > Geiko

    Interesting how that works
Perhaps teaching their kids not to buy into limitations and the negativity of competition helps them suceed where others fail? I wonder

You noticed. I noticed. That's the point. When's the last time you paid attention to goggles at the Olympics?

Exactly. Showcase several models and no one will pay attention. Focus on one particular, easily noticed model and people are going to start saying "how come everyone is wearing those same goggles?" just like we've been.

FIS should be ashamed of themselves for running slopestyle in those conditions yesterday. That was fucked up.

I liked the new mixed doubles curling. Different dynamics and roles between every team.

Seriously. The fact that there was some consideration on allowing a re-run for the woman who got nailed by a huge gust and had to hit the brakes just before hitting one of the big jumps, just goes to show that the competition should have been suspended.
Imagine if they would have allowed the re-run? What a shit show that would have been since Anderson would have been kind of in limbo depending on if the re-run would have been before or after her final "victory" run. Additionally, a lot of the women had their runs disrupted by the wind, making a re-run decision totally arbitrary. Someone in the judges booth decided to make the correct choice there.

    Spoiler anyone ?
Wouldn’t miss it for anything. They were charging hard today. The format is much better now too with multiple qualifying runs and 3 finals.

Kingsbury is a machine but the Japanese dude Hara had all the style. Wilson and Andringa too.

was it just me, or did the Russian skier get robbed in the round of 20? Aleksandr Smyshlialev put down an almost flawless run, as good as any of the top scores, and got a 74. Didn't advance. Even the announcer was like "seventy- four?- point 57.. well thas a surprise"

I'm thinking those straps around their calves measure the height off of the pipe?
