Is the run 2 for ladies GS going to happen tonight?
Also, is Men's DH happening tonight?
Anyone know?

Yeah, I'm lost too.
I am however stoked to see that the US has a guy named John Daly due up in Skeleton.
Less stoked to find out its not actually Big J.D.I still call it The Jake.

Love skeleton. My brother was on the national team. I though I might give it a go until I went to see this race. The finish where I was standing was brutal.
A few people feel the rain. Most people just get wet.

Skeleton seems harder to control than luge.
A lot of body slamming up against the wall.

Slipping the course. Moves loose snow and chunks away from the line. Typical in most all races. Even you if you can ski well can maybe get on the course maintenance crew and slip the course. I've been on the list for the Aspen races but locals always get dibs on the good volunteer slots.

A neighbor kid is competitive on the national junior level. Nice kid. Good family. Questionable judgment.

This course looks way closer to a super G than a downhill.

Those bumps in the traverse are almost invisible to the camera but are bucking 'em.

Anyone else notice the name of the 3rd jump in the DH?
People shooting ski areas should be sued.

Bode is getting some shit for his commentary and comments on a racer lady being married. I hate how twitter turns every little comment in to a real-time controversy.

Jongbong drop sounds like a specific type of party foul.
If we're gonna wear uniforms, we should all wear somethin' different!

80 mph+ with 145+ ft jumps. Seems pretty downhilly to me.
