Aymar's line off the top was insane.

Pretty much agree with the judges' ranking. Some of the scores mid-pack could be shuffled around a bit, but the top 5 seemed about right. Tabke was just so solid, top to bottom.

Can anyone clarify what the "challenging conditions" were at near the bottom?

The whole venue seems to be named Smoothy's Garden...even cooler. And that Hausl crash! Scary stuff, lays there motionless for a long while and then is clearly f*cked up when he tries to get up the first time and still messed up when he finally manage get up to ski down. Studer landing his 360 on that shark showed how thin the snow was in places. Wonder if Hausl's massive air landed on a similar thin patch.
Good venue, lots of fall line skiing, nice to see the guys lay down some thick turns instead of traversing.

Watching now. Leo's run was sick but he had a full on back slap. I do not think he should be on top.

The replay is working well, making it easy to check out the top runs. Nothing mind blowing, but lots of great skiing in both events. Seems that flipping and spinning off minor features is being rewarded more than (I think) it should compared to powerful skiing on bold lines (Navarro's line was an obvious winner) but I'm sure they're all skiing to the criteria, and that the organizers are tying to be relevant to the park kids. Turdell impresses me with everything he does.

Ivan Malakhov always seems to score lower than he should. He's not always the cleanest, but he finds interesting lines and goes big.
And once Pehota gets a little more consistent, he should be standing on the box a lot.

Didn't Pehota finish in the top 3 overall last year? I like his style.
Turdell dropped in with his boots still in walk mode. Got a chuckle out of that - I think we've all been there.
Lots of flat landings out there! My knees hurt just watching.
Slemett's run with that double was sweet, and risky to throw the back flip after all of that.

Pehota finished 2nd overall last year so he knows podiums well.
Really thought this last comp Sam Anthamatten should have challenged for the top spot. Almost the same line as Leo Slemett and had 3's both ways instead of a 3 and a backflip. Two great events. Looking forward to watching the next stop in Austria.

Seems to me Tabke got robbed again again, great run. Lee put a hip down and scored 20 points higher? he did have a hudge back flip, still though.
There's nothing better than sliding down snow, and flying through the air
