John Day smallmouth on poppers. So fun. I think we put 120 to the boat between 3 of us on a 9 hour float (10-7). This was the best at 17".Let me lock in the system at Warp 2
Push it on into systematic overdrive
You know what to do

Awesome work fellas!!! Tap, I've been wanting to do that float. Excellent work! To bad you guys weren't able to stick some giants.

Hey east or bust,
what are those bugs you got there?
We've got green, brown and gray drakes happening around here now. Fun times.Hunting kicks ass.
Chicks dig Labs.
I'll keep my job, my money and my guns and you can keep the change.

I've got to work on my entomology but I believe the big guy was a yellow drake and the rest were sulphurs. It was by far the most intense hatch I've ever seen, when I say clouds I mean literal clouds of bugs. Bridges in the area forced to turn off the lights.

Headed up to the catskills this weekend then ADK's over the fourth, should be a good run.

Hard to beat stepping into a river you've never fished before and having this happen first cast.

Roos is the echo glass you got? I grabbed one earlier this year. Loving it so far.
More pond poopfish yesterday...
