Taboo on FX
Anyone watching this? First episode dropped on Tuesday, Tom Hardy playing the prodigal son returning to 1800s London, with hints of all kind of weird, occult shit to come.... Looks promising.
What we have here is an intelligence failure. You may be familiar with staring directly at that when shaving. .

Predictably slow start, but liking it so far and expect mayhem to erupt soon.

Watched it. Thought it was pretty good but goddamn they had a lot of commercials. HBO and Netflix may have ruined regular tv for me.

Really hitting it's stride now; Tom Hollander is a delight. The duel scene was most excellent. Annoying that it's only 8 episodes.
