    Whatever the epoxy manufacturer says?

I do see medium heat suggested on most clothing labels, though. Medium sounds good.

Mid 160's degrees on top, 220 on the bottom for snowlerboards.

Go to ski builders com very few people on here have a clue what they're talking about when it comes to this stuff.

Generally though you want the top and bottom heat the same unless you're trying to adjust the camber and then you can mess with within five ten degrees or whatever.

If you read everything in that forum you'll know more about building snowboards than most people that build snowboards. There are some seriously smart dudes on there and some incredible builds

That's what I use. I ramp up to 80d C and leave it there for 45 minutes. I let it cool down to around 50d C under pressure before pulling. There are a lot of different opinions on this though.

Go start sifting through skibuilders. Do your homework before you start asking silly questions on there or you will probably get hammered by them.
