Best way to fix top sheet delam for extended use

So I've got a pair of skis with some pretty bad top sheet delamination, I'm just wondering if anyone's got any fixes for this so your skis last longer.
Epoxy + rivets, screw, nails? Who's got some ideas for me to try?
