Shop Mags... Need parts for K2 ski/Marker binding repair
Hope someone has parts in a bin somewhere as my customer is getting twitchy. K2 customer service BLOWS! On hold for 38 minutes to submit a "parts request". Not an order. A request.
"Will I get the parts?" I ask.
"Maybe." Is the response I get. I will never ski a K2 again. Not that I cared a bunch for them before.

It's not K2's fault that Marker makes shit bindings. I spent 1/2 hour on the phone between K2 and Marker this fall to find out if the MX 12.0 is still indemnified because it's listed as the MXCell 12.0 on the NSSRA 2017 list.
"Oh you should call K2," Marker CS Rep
"I did that first, they told me to call you."
Pause, "One moment." keyboard sounds.
"Uhh, I'm not sure we make an MX 12.0" Marker CS Rep
"It says Marker on it so either China is pirating your bindings or it's not listed correctly."
Long Pause, put on hold, five minutes later
"Yeah, so those are still good."
Try to get a replacement non efp Duke/F12 heel plate that broke...

That's a crappy "hostage binding"... on a stupid system-binding ski. Why even bother? Sell the customer something better. Which is just about anything.
