Just heard thru the grapevine that Stevens is charging $89 for open-close tickets on "peak" days next season

I mean, if The Summit's brave enough to ask for $79 (and Crystal $74)...

Any thoughts on the snow pack for saturday? I am not sure how the new snow will settle, we are talking rainier but could reroute to cayuse or wa pass if conditions are going to be much better.

If you are running out of parking every weekend it might make sense to raise your prices.

Tomorrow isn't looking as warm as I would have thought.~7,500 fl at rainier could mean icy up high. Good cramponing where consolidated

However, Sunday is looking pretty good.

3 days of fun touring E o' crest Fri Sat Sun. Sluffing on steeper slopes kept things interesting and a bit dicey in one spot. Best May snowpack in memory.

Spent the weekend holed up at the house, coughing up yellow slugs. The FOMO is strong.

Can still barely ski to the base of the windy hill, above midway is fat and I'd say will be good for quite a while.

    Finally some nice weather!

Buddy who did Mesachie (sp?) on Friday found bottomless glop, so I ended up stuck lapping Nash/Adrenaline on Sunday with extremely positive results.

Snow from pan point to muir skied very nicely saturday. Didn't drop into nisqually chute due to a large slide in the chute, and it looked like another one went on saturday when we got to the bottom.

Had a blast skiing the Teanaway with a score of like minded ski freaks this weekend.

Skiing was best on s.faces and steeper aspects, still a bit of mush and hissers mixed in.

The apres ski...too bad I didn't get any pics of the woodland rave with lasers dancing all over the forest. Good times.
Move upside and let the man go through...

Sunday, Muir varied from a bit sticky to very manky. Lovely views, however.
