I'll add my fun from last night. 63mph gust at the airport reported at 3:54am, guess what time this landed on my garage?!

At the same time another large branch beat up the kids car ripping the drivers side mirror off and adding a few nice dents on the hood and above the door but not a big deal thankfully.

Lost power here at 1:15 this morning. Got it back around 10:45am. I'm not sure what the peak wind gust was (probably somewhere near 50mph) but there were a fair number of house shakers. A couple of trees snapped off behind my house but luckily the wind blew them away from the house. Lots of trees down along the hilltop roads and powerlines. The schools were canceled since many bus routes were compromised and some of the schools were unsure when power would be restored.
Aim for the chopping block. If you aim for the wood, you will have nothing. Aim past the wood, aim through the wood.

Ha, 12 yrs old might qualify as a beater, especially after last night's dings.

Thanks, too much travel time for me. Hope you get that fixed before the next round of rain.

Alchemist cancelled their Halloween party, bummer, was going to be good with free food and drink.

Rode through here on Saturday, lower Bears, looks like a mess today

I figured that might be your response but wanted to offer regardless...I'd cover your Farmhouse tab daily! Much less damage than I figured there would be based on the train wreck sound it made. Tarps in place, now the search for a roofer begins. Finding a wx window might be more of an issue based on the 15 day forecast.

Pretty serious damage up here around Montpelier/Barre but I'm shocked there wasn't more damage considering the wind gusts. We got off easy after seeing the flooding along the Saco in NH/ME. That shit looks scary.

Load test today for the new Village chair. Quad and a flat loading area might make this a good 10am escape route when Gatehouse lines are tard long and I don't want to walk home.

Anyone catch that video that was going around of Nosedive in the 1930's? I meant to send it to my brother but I must have been using my laptop in incognito because I'm not seeing the link or much else in my history.
