No doubt. I can't speak for the west side as I don't get over there nearly as much as I would like but on the east side it's not bad on the weekdays, typically, the same couple of dozen regulars doing a few morning laps before heading to work. On weekends though, the pressure is increasingly high and things are getting thrashed sooner and earlier in all but the most remote/hard to access areas and even then you get the track followers. I am still at the point were my kid doesn't drive (soon) so it's inevitable I am there on weekends but it seems more crowded and difficult to escape the masses than it was even 5yrs ago. Sign of the times I guess, roll with it and enjoy...better than the alternative of not getting out at all. My ability to get off the beaten path will increase greatly next season when jr can drive herself to the hill, now I just have to work on getting the lungs and legs ready for the possibility. Mountain biking much more this spring-fall is the goal. In the market for a new ride this year, so many choices and so $$$!

It will always be the more obvious places. So many little hills, overlooked gems with a good 7-800 vert yet no kiosks, blogs, ect that the masses will never deem worthy. Lucky for us. Accumulating snow up here. Head lamp charging...

Stowebowl can actually be super fun. Insanely expensive, but fun. My kids love it. And some good beers.

Lots of stoke on here lately. I had a great little hut trip in the Adirondacks...pretty excited on it. We got lots of nice snow, lots of sporty snow, and lots of adventure.

First turns of trip were good...a little wind affected, but good cover, with a great long ski down:

A highlight for me next day was exploring a nice line with a big ice bulge near top:



I found a nice little chute that wrapped around and up above the bulge to the top:
