I see some snow! Rain will be a nice relief from the fires. Portland and the Valley still had strong smoke/haze over the weekend.

God damn I like looking at Cam's and weather reports. It's been a while. I know it will not stick around for long, but it sure feels nice to see the winter on the horizon. Passes purchased. Went to the Columbia Employee store and spent money on crap we did not need. Feels good...so very good!!!

I got 5 laps in...actually pow-farmed the lower salmon-drainage. Pretty sure that qualifies as "rideable snow"... Instead of the usual early-season rock-avoidance, I was gunning for them to jump-off of. Best snow I found was down low in the areas that were not as wind-affected. The mile canyon rode nicely.
ill take a look at the footy tonight and try to get a sept-stoke-vid up before anyone snakes me.

Another Amazing day in the mountains.
