Contained within the memory card are never-before seen pictures and videos of him skiing snowboarding, jumping, posing,...etc

That is correct... this go-pro contains footage of Jamie.....
It is skiing/boarding history in a time capsule that can be yours. Think of Picasso or davinci works of art right? the stuff should be shared if found and is really cool.. well its the same with this piece of history.

I am not able to do this item justice as I do not have any connections to the television/sport world. But its my desire that someone with those connections could purchase this item and see some of the treasures that it has.

I didn't know the Olympics were going on now. Is there a special piece of shit Olympics that he is competing in?

I did speak to an IP attorney on this and they confirmed that even if he legally purchased the go pro at auction, the IP rights would not be part of that purchase so the seller only has personal use rights for that footage.

So...yeah, he's done the right thing, turned the memory card over to authorities, and agreed to never sell/distribute any copy which he says he did not produce. If anyone ever hears of a repeat performance, bump the thread and actions can be taken. There ARE copyright laws protecting the family on this.
