With the hair, maybe he should be renamed Donald.
Saw a white pelican the other day. We don't get many--I think I've seen one once before in 30 years gere, we're at the far west edge of the range. BB--looks like they may hang out in your neck of the woods.

Bobcat or possibly a mountain lion cub. Adult lions don't have spots.

Hard to say with a high level of confidence based on the quality/scale of the shot but my $ would be on male Bobcat and a pretty large one at that, maybe 40 lbs. Typical size is 20s to maybe 30 lbs.
A few winters ago on a solo hike I somehow managed to sneak up on one that had its attention fully focused on a hare. I came around a corner that opened to a small clearing and caught him crouched in stalk position 20-25yds ahead with the hare another 15 or so out on the edge of a treeline. I got roughly 20-30 seconds of viewing before it either somehow heard me or more likely, got my scent because it suddenly turned its head back and jumped straight up and bolted, as did the hare in the opposite direction...I felt bad for spoiling his shot at breakfast. Wish I had gotten a picture but I would estimate that one was probably 25lbs +/-, the one in this picture looks significantly larger.

Tourists cornered a very large bear at Tahoe.

Don't take pictures of them when they're in civilization*, chase them away so they a) don't destroy property and b) don't get themselves killed. And it pisses me off that people give them names. They're not pets. Make them unwelcome and maybe they'll stay away.
*I use the term very loosely.

No pics unfortunately but I got to watch a young coyote chase and take down a marmot yesterday while riding around Solitude. He was clearly annoyed at me but went on with his hunt, bouncing all over the trail and finally nailing the rodent. He then turn around to give the "come on dude, gimme some space" look.
Had a similar encounter a week ago on the Glenwild golf course. The coyote was so unbothered that I thought it was a dog and I'd see his owners around the bend.
