My extra room is available to rent. Looking to help someone out with housing in Bend who's here to enjoy what the area has to offer recreationally/ who might be struggling to get by or make it in town.

The household is relatively quiet and rarely has guests outside of the occasional visit from my dad and the occasional old school climber who has more than paid their dues. There are two of us in the home, myself (36) and my daughter (10). We're looking for a similar type of person: easy going, clean, no drugs or criminal history, and honest who lives for skiing, climbing and enjoying life.

$480 utilities included. Private room furnished or unfurnished with access to the whole house and garage storage if needed.

30 minutes to the base of Mt Bachelor
10 minutes to the local colleges
55 minutes to Trout Creek
3 hrs to Portland
10 hrs to Mammoth Lakes/ Yosemite

I'm assuming weed doesn't count as a drug in Oregon
