New Volume of "Snowy Torrents"
Link below pretty much says it all:

Although here's some quoted text if you're click-averse:

The real question is, "will it ever come out?"

We're done with 98 to 2001. Three more years to go. It's slow going- lots of material to collate, double-check, edit. Aiming for Jan 20, I think, was the last I heard. I'm doing some final copyediting for the project. It looks really pro. Thanks for your patience.
Here's a mock up of the cover, using a photo from Scott Rinckenberger: http://www.scottrinck.com/index

^^^ Whoa, when I first read that, I thought you meant 3 years until the book would be done, in January 2020! Ha! Looking forward to it

They are getting closer. Just finishing up the appendices, which are quite complicated. Sorry for the wait, but the authors/ editors want to do it right.

Muy bien. I'm well aware that editing takes longer than writing

In my email today:
Dear (meadow skipper),
I am ECSTATIC to let you know that The Snowy Torrents: 1996-2004 has printed and will be on its way to you by the end of this week! Here's a sneak peak at the cover...
(Didn't bother to copy)
All of our pre-orders are shipping directly from our printer in Madison, WI. So, I anticipate that you'll see your book(s) sometime next week. You should also receive an email from our printer with tracking info on your package once it ships.
Thank you all, once again, for your patience as we completed this project. We are excited to have a high quality book headed your way and hope that it becomes an invaluable resource to reference in your snow and avalanche library for years to come!
Sincerely,
The Snowy Torrents Team - Knox, Spencer, Blase, Emma, McKenzie, Ethan, and Jaime

For those of us who didn't pre-order, is there a way to purchase now?

Actually rog crossed my mind, but I got confused by the full name and the feminine pronoun.
