Was thinking of going to the lake but the post night shift awareness is low and didn't want to have a run in with a rock. Were they pretty visible? Figure I'll let the weekend crowd pack the base they go play next week. Have a LL pass this year.

the rocks where not visible due to fresh snow, but once that got beat down you can see MOST of the hazzards. Keep in mind that it is the ROCKie mountains in mid Nov. This weekend should be fine, and odds are more terrain will open quickly. (WH1, HW2a, boomerange, etc)

Sounds like you have now skiied both LL and Sunshine this week... I'm coming from PG Sunday & Monday any thoughts on which has better conditions? Steeper is better, could care less about lower mountain coverage. TIA!

Do you have only 1 ski day? I would go to the lake. If you have 2 days, one at each is nice.

For SSV just bring beacon, shovel and probe to get into the dive. Lake, just go start skiing the backside.

Thanks for the ticket info - we're looking at arranging something from Costco now - in the event that we can't get it sorted through them from the UK, does 7/11 (Canmore or Calgary) sell tickets to SS, LL or KH? Cheers

    Thanks!

Yes we have 2 days, so maybe we will do 1 day at each. Also was considering touring Hilda on the way home depending on how it looks on the way past tomorrow.

And it's in better shape than the ski out. Apparently Galaxy Ridge is even skiing well.
