Initially I thought the Robson repeat was garyfromterrace skiing under an alias name but alas, the photos of 'dylan' don't match gary's facebook profile pic. Once again, toques off and kudos to Dylan.

Anyone have a recommendation for a great physio in Calgary who has a lot of experience with milti-ligament knee surgery recovery?

I've just had surgery and the surgeon did recommend someone before I got the surgery... but that physio recommended at least 1 exercise that I confirmed later that I never should have been doing and now my faith in that person isn't great going forward.

PM me with any recommendations, please.

I know random timing but I keep hearing about an area at kicking horse called Dutch wallet. I have Ridden kicking horse for years and am curious if I have ever been there or not. Does anyone have any details on this area / run?

A short rope and access to two shorter runs. Pretty fun when exploring!

I learned something, will have to work that into a conversation or just use it to make fun of the Dutch.

Mountain collective. Even if i hit 14 days it is still on par with a louise season pass.
