There were eight tickets sold that matched the first five numbers, and just missed on the red Powerball, for the game's second prize. One of those tickets, also sold in Maryland, is worth $2 million since they purchased the Power Play for an extra $1. The other seven tickets are worth $1 million apiece. They were sold in California, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey and Oregon.
