In '96 we did GVA->La Grave (3+ weeks, Serre Che, Milky Way, Val Frejus, Val Cenis, Alagna, La Thuile/La Rosiere)->GVA->Florence(1 week)->GVA.
Then in '97 we did GVA->Monetier les Bains (Serre Che, La Grave, Milky Way, Vars/Risoul, Trois Vallees) and this last trip was the first time back to LG for my wife in 20 years.
We're planning on going back to ski next year.Merde De Glace On the Freak When Ski

Me too. Staying at Pelle's, prolly first week of March. My 10th trip to ski out of La Grave.

S'ok, going to a rock concert just wasn't on the priority list, particularly within 6 months of the Bataclan incident.

I was just thinking of La Grave this morning, having read an article about the landslide near the Chambon dam. Great memories of Trifides 1 and Pan de Rideau in '92, and of being there with my wife in summer a few years ago.

you figured out the deets on the ski trip yet? I'm going to try to talk my wife into a week in Yurp in 17 too.
