I'd worry more about the rednecks from Prosser and N. Idaho personally.

I will be in attendance baring any pass closures. Hoping to show up Thursday night in my fancy little camper and leave Sunday afternoon, totally destroyed.

Dude you really should try to make it work. I'm really glad I did. Besides, don't you want to watch me flounder on borrowed billygoats?

I got back on the tails in woods spot above lot 4 (Gala?) and the results were not magical.

The delegates from Shoreline will be in attendance and ready to lend their support to the party.

    Rapid unexpected downhill straightline acceleration.

My main mistake last year was not bringing narrow enough skis for icy night skiing sessions. I also think I will bring some touring gear this year to perhaps explore a back bowl or two one of the days pending avalanche and weather conditions. Give the legs a rest from the skied out chunder bumps.

Also, I plan on doing 10,000x more squats and lunges than I did last year to ready myself for the event.

I am totally in for a tour, Woody.

Training my ass off this summer. Getting way stronger than I've ever been. Weighted lunges pulling a tire in the yard. I'll be ready.

Figured you would be. BTW you're right, Prosser is more methed-out hayseed.

I'm going to do a couple cycles of heavy, high-rep back squats.

I'd propose for the 17BBI that we establish a few sub-events with set times, to facilitate participation and minimize cross threading.

We have a lot of time to think about these, but here are some ideas:

0700: garyfromterrace gets the baby seal bacon started on the griddle
0800: deal tickets distributed at the tents
    0805: jtgoat taps the kegs
1030: group photo at top of chair2
1500: last call O/B lap out to piss pass

    Etc etc

Seems like there were a few missed wagons last year... maybe a whiteboard with the day's goings on could help keep folks informed

I had a nightmare last night that I moved away from the PNW and didn't spin a single lap of the padded seats during a La Nina winter. Fortunately it was just a bad dream and I can and will do my part to Make Alpental Great Again™

Where is this shit coming from? We're making SUMMITS great again. There's nothing wrong with Alpental.

Fix that crap and don't disgrace the padded seats.

This sounds like another great time. I'll work on bringing more of the northern contingent down for a few days.

YESSIR! I don't approve of the '17 tag line, but hey, that's just me. I'll do my best to be there again
