Cows are evil!
Cows are evil, so are sheep, pigs and alpacas. Enough said!

I recommend the Ostrich, locally raised, very lean.

I never got why "very lean" is a selling point when fatty cuts are so much more flavorful.

That's from Sideways, but I'm with you.
Ribeye, preferably with a bone.
Ostrich is actually a red poultry, if you've never had it."I don't pretend to have all the answers, and I think there's something to be said for that" -One For The Road

I think the overarching term is "flatulating ruminants."
Beer Drinker: I've had ostrich. It was meh.

I had a buffalo burger the other day. I am not sure where they fit in this thread.
Should I feel guilty or proud I am helping control ruminants?
I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...iscariot

Fucking hilarious. The baby goat just drop kicks the other goat and the other goat is all like, "What did I do to you?" Then the baby goat uses him as a springboard. No respect.
I love baby goats. I went to see some during college (long story) and one baby goat was riding around on his mom's back on all fours. Priceless. They think I do not know a buttload of crap about the Gospel, but I do.
