    NOAA is just one source/forecast. Consensus is still for a minor La Nina or a "cold" La Nada". The bigger factor likely to be the Pacific "blob". Historically that has not been great for the West Coast, but has rocked the East (where I am). We shall see. Certainly setting up to be a different winter than 15/16.

    In the meantime, you guys in the Cascades gonna get an early dump. Enjoy!
