Cmon now. I love shitting on the Elon Twitter debacle as much as the next guy but people are taking the perspectives of a fucking intern at face value? Pretty sure if this was spot on there’s be a lot more takes like this a long time ago.

Why wouldn’t an intern have a good perspective in regards to this?

No it might be a little exaggerated but that description pretty much checks out according to friends of mine who have worked at Tesla and SpaceX. They also say he’s extremely intelligent in certain capacities but he’s obviously on the spectrum as well.

I can believe it, even if it is a bit exaggerated. Reason being that it's practically a universal personality amongst most of the Execs I've worked for directly. 9 times out of 10 they are complete idiots about their product or how their company functions, but what they ARE good at is bullshitting, raising vast sums of cash, and squeezing out ever "improving" quarterly reports at any cost necessary. Even after bankrupting multiple companies, they often get hired over and over again to burn the next company to the ground. Major good old boys system or something. Its a bizarre and pretty annoying phenomenon to witness and work under time and time again, BUT it is absolutely not unique to Musk.
