Nobody can make this decision for you, but good bump galibier. Some of our gear has been sitting idle for a bit already and I hadn't thought of pulling batteries yet.

@1000-oaks' original post was a good reminder to bump for the season - leaking batteries & all that.
I should have left the passing comment out - a comment best left for all of the countless threads popping up on Corona.

Do you guys put the skin savers on before putting them in the freezer? To be honest I've never used skin savers

Using the freezer to draw some moisture out of your skin glue seems like a fine idea, but make sure you put them in a sealed bag/container. Should probably go without saying, but not just in there with food.
Ideally seal them in on a cool/dry day. If you come back in a month and there are ice crystals inside that means it's working. If there's a lot, shake em out and continue.

North central cascades are at 343% of normal as of 6/6. Mt Hood is 364%. Shit even southern Oregon is 197% of normal. Bump this thread again in 6 weeks…maybe!

Well ain't y'all lucky. There's still a bit of snow holding on here, but I've got work and weddings for the next 4 weeks, so today the batteries came out and the summer wax went on.

Reminder bump.
Rainy weekend so I pulled the beacon batteries, laundered and re-DWRed all the winter jackets/pants, washed the hats and gloves, and even took the time to give all the ski boot liners a wash.
Will probably touch up the edges and slap a coat of wax on the rest of the skis tonight.

I just pulled mine out yesterday. Kinda hoping I'll have a reason to put them back in though.

Pulled mine. It's possible I put them back in, but unlikely. Thanks for the reminder.
