Just discovered Salsa Matcha. Chili Sauce with 3 different dried chilis, toasted sesame and pumpkin seeds, and Safflower oil. It is pretty amazing.

First had it in MX, but it is available in many forms on Amazon. I've just been eating it on toast but apparently people put it on all kinds of things.

I mix Franks' sweet dipping sauce and Kens honey balsamic vinaigrette and nuke it to pour over spinach salad for wilted. It' somewhere between crack and heroin addictive.

That sounds like a nice combo. You go equal parts or is there a ratio mix?

I have been experimenting with a few mixes of Teryaki, sweet chili sauce, and Sri racha. It’s really addictive on rice, and is amazing for dipping sushi in. Actually thinking about bottling and selling it.
