Royal Bohemian Horseradish. Only available at a small bar in Wisconsin. A pilot buddy of mine picks it up for me.

    Unworldly.

Grey Poupon and Sriracha mixed. Sometimes with a little mayo and sometimes not.

Also equal parts of cherry preserves and hoisin warmed in a sauce pan until just about to boil them finished with a pat of butter off the heat.

Sounds good. What do you commonly put it on?

I'll mix up sour cream, sriracha and lime juice when I make fish tacos.

So sad that anything horseradish isn't more popular.

Classless fuck that I am, I often dip pizza crust in it. But it's also super yummy with panko crusted chicken nuggets.

Swap the Sriracha for finely minced chipotles in adobo. Yogurt works in place of sour cream too.

Cook chop/steak in pan. Add half cup each homemade stock and red wine, 1 tbs dijon. Reduce to nappe, add a couple grinds of pepper and stir in 2 pats of butter. Would make old shoe leather taste great. To make a shroom sauce, saute some mushrooms after cooking the meat then proceed as described.

I want to get better at making pan sauces; I have not been able to make them well, at least not consistently.

Took me 12 years to cave and give into the cfy sauce, but Dazanza's in PC finally turned me into a fan. It has Just the right amount of spice.

I put siracha on most things, and like different hot sauces in general. A favorite is blind Betty habenero pinapple

I was recently introduced to Austrian pumpkin seed oil. Mix with rice wine vinegar, garlic powder and soy sauce for a killer salad dressing.

For homemade chicken sandwiches, mix well the following in equal parts...
    avocado
    bleu cheese crumbles
anything creamy, say ranch dressing or sour cream
...add bacon lettuce tomato to the sandwich

For breakfast burgers (egg on top)...
    any horseradish sauce
