That’s really solid advice. Ranch variation is a varsity move.

Green chile salsa works for me. I'm not much of a fat girl ketchup kinda guy.

I like hot sauce and ranch, or a few people make a chipotle ranch that is pretty good as well.

Green enchilada sauce might be pretty good too

Haven't looked through the entire thread. Buddy told me about Green Siricha, I went to 3-4 different markets and was met with blank stares or "wow great idea".

I gave up and the other day while browsing the local Albertsons, there it was..

    Pretty tasty.

Lemon garlic sauce made with avocado oil, found it at Costco. Is pretty darn good on most anything.

Dipping sauce? You smother that thing in some goddamn green chile.

Not sure if Pickapeppa sauce has been mentioned yet. Anyway, it’s a real staple for me, usually for whatever I’m stirring up in a pan. It’s Jamaican or something, not hot but really versatile and tasty.

Beehive Brothers has been a favorite of mine for a couple years. Not easy to find in grocery stores in Helena but I picked up a couple bottles at the farmer's market in Big Sky this week. Made in Bozeman.

They have a hot version that's pretty hot, and some different mango versions including a hot version. All are good.

I know it’s probably a little too late, but I think Chuys Deluxe Tomatillo Sauce would go well with that burrito. Here’s one attempt to recreate the recipe:

Don’t know how close that is to the real thing, but the ingredients seem about right.

I'm a sucker for some fry sauce (ketchup and miracle whipppp)

But my major weakness is ranch, always looking for new kinds to try because i still haven't found a great one. Currently use Ken's.

What are you guys rocking in the ranch world??!! Anyone want to start a ranch club, like a scotch club but for fat people?

Down here in the Q, the local iconic pizza place started making green Chile ranch.......It’s the fucking bomb.

Picked this up after reading the mayo discussion above. Good stuff but spendy. Could easily mix my own next time.

i have found that the best ranch is usually home made from places like that and you can't take any home!

    that sounds good tho!

I recently discovered and would heartily recommend this -- like a much more interesting, less vinegar-y Worcestershire. Regularly goes on my burger and breakfast items

    Also, Serious Eats DIY mayo...

This stuff is delicious and goes on everything. I pick up a container at the Vietnamese market and it disappears quickly.
There's lemongrass, chili, garlic but I think sometimes the recipe changes. Click image for larger version.
